أنت تتوهّج الآن. أرسل هذا لشخص لن يصدّق. جسمك يصنع ضوءاً. طوال الوقت. حتى وحدك، في الظلام، والأنوار مطفأة، ما زلت تتوهّج قليلاً جداً.

You are glowing right now. Send this to someone who will not believe it. Your body makes light. All the time. Even alone, in the dark, with the lights off, you still glow a tiny bit.

الضوء ضعيف جداً جداً. إنه أضعف بألف مرة مما تراه عين الإنسان. لذلك لا تلاحظه العيون العادية أبداً. لكن العلماء صنعوا كاميرا خاصة. الكاميرا حسّاسة جداً. تستطيع التقاط الضوء الصغير وتحويله إلى صورة.

The light is very, very weak. It is a thousand times weaker than human eyes can see. So normal eyes never notice it. But scientists built a special camera. The camera is very sensitive. It can catch the tiny light and turn it into a picture.

The picture showed something new. Your face and your hands glow the most. The glow changes during the day. It is weakest in the morning and stronger later on. It is small, but it is real. You are glowing, right now, without knowing it.
