तुम अभी इसी वक़्त चमक रहे हो

तुम अभी इसी वक़्त चमक रहे हो। इसे उस इंसान को भेजो जो मानेगा ही नहीं। तुम्हारा शरीर रोशनी बनाता है। हर वक़्त। अकेले, अंधेरे में, बत्ती बुझाकर भी तुम थोड़ा-सा चमकते हो।

You are glowing right now. Send this to someone who will not believe it. Your body makes light. All the time. Even alone, in the dark, with the lights off, you still glow a tiny bit.

यह रोशनी बहुत, बहुत कमज़ोर है। यह इंसानी आँख की हद से हज़ार गुना कमज़ोर है। इसलिए आम आँखें इसे कभी नहीं देख पातीं। लेकिन वैज्ञानिकों ने एक ख़ास कैमरा बनाया। यह कैमरा बहुत संवेदनशील है। यह उस नन्ही रोशनी को पकड़कर तस्वीर में बदल सकता है।

The light is very, very weak. It is a thousand times weaker than human eyes can see. So normal eyes never notice it. But scientists built a special camera. The camera is very sensitive. It can catch the tiny light and turn it into a picture.

तस्वीर ने कुछ नया दिखाया। तुम्हारा चेहरा और तुम्हारे हाथ सबसे ज़्यादा चमकते हैं। यह चमक दिन भर बदलती रहती है। सुबह यह सबसे कम होती है और बाद में बढ़ जाती है। यह छोटी है, पर सच है। तुम अभी चमक रहे हो, बिना जाने।

The picture showed something new. Your face and your hands glow the most. The glow changes during the day. It is weakest in the morning and stronger later on. It is small, but it is real. You are glowing, right now, without knowing it.
