Die Gewohnheit begann vor langer Zeit, als Nudeln schnelles Straßenessen waren und die Menschen im Stehen schnell aßen. Wenn du das nächste Mal an einem solchen Ort Nudeln isst, versuch es selbst. Ein bisschen Lärm sind hier keine schlechten Manieren. Es ist ein Kompliment.
