Ultimul tren

Tomas își verifică telefonul. Este după miezul nopții. Porțile se închid. El nu știe: trenurile nu mai circulă noaptea.

Tomas checks his phone. It is after midnight. The gates are closing. He does not know: trains stop at night.

Un taxi costă prea mult. Un bărbat arată în josul străzii. Tomas găsește un hotel mic. Plătește la un automat. Doarme într-o cameră minusculă.

A taxi costs too much. A man points down the street. Tomas finds a small hotel. He pays at a machine. He sleeps in a tiny room.

Dimineața, Tomas cumpără o cafea. Ia primul tren spre casă. Este obosit, dar fericit. Acum verifică mereu: când este ultimul tren?

In the morning, Tomas buys coffee. He takes the first train home. He is tired but happy. Now he always checks: when is the last train?
