这条国界线蜿蜒穿过街道、花园和客厅,原因是几百年前当地领主之间的土地交易。当国界线正好穿过一扇前门时,这户人家就会有两个门牌号,一个国家一个。当地人判断一栋房子属于哪个国家的办法很简单:看前门开在哪一边。
多年来,有些人家会把前门挪动几步,刚好挪到当年税率较低的那个国家一侧。有一栋房子的前门正好落在国界线上,至今没有人能说清这户人家究竟属于哪个国家,而似乎也没有人在意。
