아마존, 가장 큰 강

아마존은 남아메리카에 있는 큰 강입니다. 물의 양으로 보면 세계에서 가장 큰 강입니다. 이 강은 다른 여러 큰 강들을 합친 것보다 더 많은 물을 나릅니다.

The Amazon is a great river in South America. It is the biggest river in the world by the amount of water. It carries more water than many other large rivers all together.

이 강은 높은 산에서 시작해서 바다로 흘러갑니다. 흐르는 동안 아홉 나라를 지나갑니다. 강 주변에는 크고 초록색인 숲이 있습니다. 그 숲에는 나무, 새, 물고기, 그리고 많은 다른 동물들이 삽니다.

The river starts high in the mountains and flows to the sea. On the way, it passes through nine countries. Around the river there is a huge green forest, full of trees, birds, fish, and many other animals.

The Amazon is very important for our planet. The big forest gives clean air to the world and is home to millions of plants and animals. Many people also live near the river. They use its water every day to drink, to cook, and to travel by boat.
