Der Hügel über dem Dorf ist voller Löcher. Menschen haben sie von Hand gegraben. Die Löcher gehen senkrecht in den Boden.
Es gibt etwa zweitausend Löcher. Neben jedem Loch gibt es ein Seil und einen Eimer.
Die Bergleute benutzen keine Maschinen. Eine Maschine würde den blauen Stein zerbrechen. Also benutzen sie kleine Werkzeuge und ihre Hände. Das Gestein kommt im Eimer nach oben. Die Männer gehen am Seil nach unten. Manche Löcher sind sehr tief.
