Los Molinos Viejos

En lo alto y llano de las colinas, Polly encontró una fila de torres redondas de piedra.

High on the flat top of the hills, Polly found a row of round stone towers.

Eran molinos de viento viejos. Hoy no tienen tejado ni aspas. Son solo torres abiertas con ventanas pequeñas.

They were old windmills. Today they have no roofs and no sails. They are just open towers with small windows.

Hace mucho tiempo, el viento fuerte los movía, y molían el trigo para hacer harina para el pueblo.

Long ago, the strong wind turned them, and they ground wheat into flour for the town.

Polly miró la piedra de cerca. Era la misma piedra dorada que la cueva junto al mar. Empezó a preguntarse.

Polly looked closely at the stone. It was the same golden stone as the cave by the sea. She began to wonder.
